CREATE A CUSTOM STEP-BY-STEP FORM

Simply build a custom a form that includes steps for each stage of the round. Then add fields in each of the steps to keep track of any type of data being collected including numbers, text, checkboxes, and pictures. This form can be filled out digitally every time the round occurs and will be stored in the Stack table when it is submitted.

SAVING PROGRESS

If a round must be stopped short or does not get completed, any progress can be saved. Any saved form is available to be completed later. These forms will not be displayed in the main table until they are finished.

RE-ASSIGNING ROUNDS

Incomplete rounds can also be assigned to a different user to complete them. If the form is saved you will have the option to re-assign it to another employee and they can pick up where you left off.

CREATE AUTOMATIONS TO HANDLE ROUND ISSUES

Once a Stack form has been created for your round, you can create specific automations to handle any necessary response to things like critical values, needed maintenance, potential problems, or general questions. Ocore can automatically send notifications if values are out of range, generate tasks for needed maintenance, create work order records for any potential problems and send messages if the round requires questions.

COLLABORATE WITH OTHER STAFF

Submitted forms have built-in commenting and sections to add tasks. Other staff members can reference the round form and collaborate if any action is necessary. If notifications are turned on, staff members can receive push notifications for form updates, comments, and task addition. This makes it easy to respond to any issues that may have been associated with each round.

USING FORM DATA

Data in the Stack table can be searched, filtered, and grouped to isolate specific rounds. Once you have the desired forms, you can export the data to excel for calculations, reports, or any other necessary work.
