Create one or more Stack forms to keep track of all the lab data you need to record. Custom digital forms can be built with fields to fill out any time you need to conduct lab testing. Our robust form builder accommodates 11 different filed types and even lets you add in static content like testing steps, equipment images, process descriptions or even links to files so you can reference material as you are working on filling out lab data.

Calculated fields can be added that will perform a calculation on other fields that have been filled out. This makes it easy to simply fill out the measurements and not have to worry about manually performing the calculations each time.

If certain lab processes are lengthy or complex you can build forms with multiple steps that can walk the user through each step of the process. Use this with static descriptions to build out step-by-step lab guidance.

Set custom conditions for each lab form that is submitted and create specific actions that will happen if those conditions are triggered.
