Shift Log
Create a “Shift Log” Stack by customizing a form that will be filled out during every shift. Fields can be added to handle different data types so you can keep track of things like who filed the report, descriptions of any issues, needed work orders, and asset links. Submitted forms will appear as rows in the table where you can view, manage, and collaborate around problematic logs.
Each submitted shift form has built-in tabs for adding comments and attaching tasks. If an issue is encountered during a shift, staff can receive a push notification when the report is submitted, attach a task to respond to the problem, and communicate using comments. You can even create custom automations to handle the response pipeline so the staff can focus on efficient solutions.
Notifications can be customized so staff members know when forms have been submitted, edited, or commented on. You can even setup notifications that trigger when certain field conditions are met like a “problems encountered” description is filled out or a certain staff member filed the report.
