These terms

These terms cover your use of ocore.io and its pages (the "Site"). They're an agreement between you and OCore, Inc. ("OCore," "we," or "us"). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

If you use the OCore platform or the OCore iOS app through your utility or another organization, that organization's agreement with OCore governs that use. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we process when you visit the Site, and why. Analytics and visitor identification stay off unless you turn them on in Privacy choices, at the bottom of every page.

Using the Site

You're welcome to use the Site to learn about OCore and to contact us. Please don't:

• Break into, probe, or interfere with the Site or the systems behind it
• Copy the Site's content in bulk, including by scraping or other automated collection
• Use the Site to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights
• Pretend to be someone else, or misstate your connection to an organization
• Send us malware or anything else designed to cause harm

Our content

OCore owns the Site and its content, including text, images, diagrams, and the OCore name and logo, or uses them with permission. You may view, download, and print pages for your own reference or for your organization's evaluation of OCore. Any other use needs our written permission.

What you send us

You're responsible for what you send us by email or through the Site. Please don't send passwords, control system credentials, or other confidential or sensitive information that way. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.

Information on the Site

The Site describes OCore and the water industry for general information. It isn't engineering, operational, or legal advice. Decisions at your plant stay with your qualified operators and engineers. Product descriptions may change as OCore develops, and the terms of any purchase are set in a signed agreement.

Links to other sites

The Site links to sites we don't control, such as LinkedIn and published research. We aren't responsible for their content or practices, and a link isn't an endorsement.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, OCore makes no warranties about the Site, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise the Site will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, OCore isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim about the Site is limited to $100. Liability for the platform and the app is set by your organization's agreement with OCore, not by these terms.

Governing law

Utah law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site belongs in the state or federal courts located in Utah, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll post the new version here and change the date at the top. Using the Site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
